OPERIO Corporation Inc. (“OPERIO”) is an affiliate of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP (“RCGT”). RCGT is a member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd. (“GTIL”). GTIL and the member firms do not constitute a worldwide association. Professional services are offered by member firms. GTIL and the member firms do not have obligations towards one another and are not liable for one another’s acts or omissions.
Unless otherwise stated, “website” means this OPERIO website. In these terms of use, website users are referred to as “you”. OPERIO is referred to as “OPERIO”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “ours”.

Governing Law

Every dispute, disagreement or claim regarding the use of the website shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, judicial district of Montreal, and you hereby agree to attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, judicial district of Montreal.
